What data we collect
Only what you enter in the inquiry form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), message and the apartments you are interested in. If you consent, we also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our ads (pages viewed, device and approximate location, ad clicks).
Why and on what legal basis
We use your data only to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to send you information about the apartments and prepare a possible purchase. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Who processes the data for us
Web3Forms (form delivery to our mailbox; may process data in the USA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses), Google (Gmail mailbox), Cloudflare (website hosting and security; technical access logs such as IP address) and OpenFreeMap (map display; your browser loads map tiles directly from their servers). With your consent: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.); data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until your inquiry is resolved and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a purchase contract is concluded — then for the periods required by law.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*; Meta: _fbp) are set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, and are kept for up to 2 years (Google) or 3 months (Meta). Your language and cookie choice are stored only in your own browser (localStorage).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, data portability, or object to processing — just write to laperla.rovigno@gmail.com.
